ZPulse services include AI voice agents and other automated agents that can answer telephone calls, respond to messages, schedule work, and take actions in connected systems on a customer's behalf. By engaging ZPulse, or by interacting with a ZPulse-operated agent, you acknowledge that some or all of the interaction may be handled by an automated system rather than a person.
AI voice agents may record, transcribe, and process the content of calls in order to answer, route, book, log, and escalate them. Recording and transcription are configured per customer and are subject to the disclosures and consents required in the places the customer and its callers are located.
Where ZPulse operates an agent on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for the lawfulness of the calls, messages, and recordings made through it — including consent to record, do-not-call and marketing rules, and any obligation to disclose that a caller is speaking with an automated system. ZPulse provides the disclosure and consent controls; the customer decides how they are configured and is responsible for that configuration.
Automated agents can be wrong. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and agents are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Customers are responsible for human review where an error would cause harm, and for keeping a path to a human available where the interaction requires one.
Scope, recording settings, data retention, escalation rules, and permitted actions for any deployed agent are set out in the separate written agreement governing that engagement. Nothing in this section grants ZPulse permission to place calls or messages on your behalf absent that agreement.
