ZPulse builds and operates AI voice agents and other automated agents. Where you call a number answered by a ZPulse-operated agent, or interact with one by message or chat, the interaction may be handled by an automated system rather than a person, and its content may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to answer the enquiry, book work, create records in connected business systems, and decide when to hand the conversation to a human.
Call audio, transcripts, and the records created from them are processed on behalf of the ZPulse customer operating that agent. That customer determines why the interaction is recorded, how long it is kept, and which of its systems receive the resulting records. Where ZPulse operates an agent for a customer, ZPulse acts as that customer's service provider or processor rather than as the controller of the data.
Recording and automated-system disclosures are configured per deployment to meet the requirements that apply where the customer and its callers are located, including jurisdictions that require the consent of every party to a recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded or to continue with an automated system, you may say so on the call and ask to be transferred to a person or to have the call end.
Nothing on this website records audio or video. This section describes deployed agents, not the site itself; the website handles form submissions, session-bounded campaign attribution, security logs, and consent-gated analytics as described elsewhere in this policy.
Automated agents may make decisions of a routine operational kind — such as booking, routing, or prioritising a request. They are not used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
