What we implement

Centralized Digital Signage & Ad Display

One company, many buildings, screens in every lobby — and no practical way to change what any of them show. We built a centralized ad display system for exactly that: templated ads rotating on TVs across physically disconnected facilities, all managed from a single app.

05FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about this ZPulse solution.

What is a centralized digital signage system?

It is one control application that manages content shown on display screens across many physical locations. Instead of walking a USB stick to each TV or maintaining a separate player per building, an operator updates the ad rotation once and every screen in the network picks up the change on its next sync.

How does it work if the facilities are not on the same network?

Each screen runs a lightweight player that pulls its playlist from the cloud rather than depending on a shared corporate LAN. Any location with basic internet can participate, which is what makes it workable across separately wired buildings.

Do we need a designer to create the ads?

No, and that is the point of the templated system. Marketing defines templates once with the brand locked in, then staff at any level fill in copy, images, and pricing. Output stays on-brand without a designer in the loop for every promotion.

Can different locations show different ads?

Yes. Content targets down to the individual screen. A regional promotion can run in one market while another location shows local offers, and dayparting lets a lobby screen run different rotations at different times of day.

Can AI agents work with the signage system?

Yes. Because the platform is API-driven, an AI agent can update rotations based on business signals — pushing a promotion when inventory backs up, or changing messaging based on the day booking volume.
