Some of Our Story

Southern Tire Mart: We led and implemented the development of a custom Emergency Roadside system (ERS), which included building a front-end customer service application used by multiple call centers, a technician interface, APls, technician mobile apps, and an integrated big data database. Additionally, we were responsible for auditing and integrating legacy systems into the new ERS, streamlining operations for some of the largest trucking companies in the U.S. This involved modernizing their systems, developing new applications, and implementing a cutting-edge framework to ensure seamless integration and enhanced functionality.

Home Depot: Led and implemented a sophisticated big data system that automatically priced all brick-and-mortar products nightly. The system analyzed hundreds of data points to generate recommended pricing for each product. Home Depot could accept or adjust the recommended price based on strategic priorities. This cloud-based solution utilized SQL and NoSQL databases to efficiently handle large-scale data processing and provide real-time pricing insights.

Kronos, part of Cigna: Led and implemented the integration of medical devices into a centralized database to enable real-time reporting of key business indicators (KPls). This integration aggregated data from physical devices across multiple sites using various ETL techniques. The system also employed OCR technology to digitize handwritten medical data while strictly adhering to HIPAA security standards.

Eddie Bauer:  Led the re-platforming of EddieBauer.com, overseeing the complete overhaul of the E-commerce infrastructure and backend OMS system. This project included renegotiating over  50 vendor contracts and managing organizational change to align resources and business units with the new site workflows. Our team collaborated closely with marketing, security, and IT to define and implement business requirements that supported strategic goals. The relaunched site exceeded expectations in sales performance and user experience, delivering significant improvements in speed, functionality, and overall customer satisfaction.
